Positioned StreamKit as the bridge between legacy contact centers and Voice AI, bundled with AgentStream to unlock ₹10 Cr+ in enterprise pipeline and ₹3 Cr+ in influenced revenue.

StreamKit: Accelerating Enterprise Voice AI Adoption Through Infrastructure Innovation
Overview
As enterprises began investing heavily in Voice AI, a major adoption challenge emerged: existing contact center platforms were not built to seamlessly connect with modern AI voice agents.
Most organizations faced a difficult choice: either replace their existing telephony infrastructure or invest in expensive custom integrations. Both options increased deployment timelines, implementation costs, and operational risk.
To address this gap, Exotel launched StreamKit, a cloud connector that bridges traditional SIP-based contact centers with modern Voice AI platforms. StreamKit was strategically positioned and sold alongside AgentStream, Exotel's real-time voice streaming platform, enabling enterprises to deploy Voice AI agents without replacing their existing communication infrastructure.
As the Product Marketing lead, I owned the positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and launch execution for StreamKit.
The Challenge
The Voice AI market was experiencing rapid growth, but enterprise adoption remained constrained by integration complexity.
Organizations evaluating Voice AI faced several challenges:
- Legacy contact centers were incompatible with modern AI platforms.
- Custom integrations increased implementation costs and deployment timelines.
- Enterprises were concerned about security, compliance, latency, and operational reliability.
- Technical buyers struggled to understand how Voice AI could integrate into their existing communication stack.
The challenge was to position StreamKit not as a technical connector, but as the critical infrastructure layer that enabled faster Voice AI deployment and accelerated AgentStream adoption.
My Approach
Market Research & Customer Discovery
Conducted extensive research across Contact Centers, Enterprise CX teams, AI platform providers, and Solution Architects to identify adoption barriers and deployment challenges.
Key insights revealed:
- Integration complexity was one of the biggest obstacles to Voice AI adoption.
- Enterprises preferred extending existing infrastructure over replacing it.
- Buyers prioritized deployment speed, compliance, and operational reliability.
- Successful Voice AI adoption required a clear integration path between existing systems and AI platforms.
Positioning & Messaging Strategy
Developed the core positioning:
"The bridge between enterprise contact centers and Voice AI."
Rather than marketing StreamKit as a standalone connector, I positioned it as a strategic enabler for enterprises looking to operationalize Voice AI using AgentStream and their existing telephony infrastructure.
Key messaging pillars included:
- Faster AI deployment without infrastructure replacement
- Reduced implementation complexity
- Enterprise-grade security and compliance
- Low-latency voice streaming
- Future-ready communication architecture
- Seamless integration between contact centers and AI agents
Go-to-Market Strategy & Launch Execution
Led the end-to-end GTM strategy including:
